SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Lithuania

At present, orders within Lithuania are delivered to parcel lockers. The shipping cost is €2.49 per order. Free shipping is available for orders of €40 or more. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

The available delivery method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown to the customer at checkout before payment is made.

If free shipping applies to an order, this will also be indicated at checkout.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery date is provided at checkout.

Courier Delivery

If courier delivery is available, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping availability to other countries depends on the destination country.

If shipping to a particular country is available, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any additional charges that may apply due to the destination country’s customs duties, import requirements or other local regulations, unless such charges are already included in the order price.

Delivery Delays

The delivery times stated are estimated times. Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including high shipping volumes, holiday periods, courier service disruptions, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the buyer where possible.

Delivery Information

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and all other information required for delivery when placing the order.

If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel cannot be delivered as a result, we may contact the buyer to request updated or additional information.
